Ethiopia Beshasha

Our first launched coffee, a washed Ethiopian from the western region of Jimma, produced by mustafa who works as both an exporter, and established the 'Beshasha' wet mill, processing his own coffee as well as other local outgrower's. This washed lot were picked, pulped and fermented for 8-12 hours before washing and drying on beds.
